He is in his early 20′s and he has to take pills for erectile dysfuntion.
He is on Cialis. But when ever he takes them, his legs hurt, and it doesn’t have much of an effect on his penis. He gets a bed headache, and his kidneys hurt too. I believe he has a “Fractured Penis”. His doctor won’t help him, and in this small town we live in there isn’t too many to choose from. And we don’t have alot of money to see a specialist. What would be causing this to happen? What could he take to help him?

Chosen Answer:

Total Bummer!!!

Your young husband needs to see a good urologist for examination and treatment recommendations. It is incredibly rare to truly have what’s called a “fractured penis”. How did that happen? What was he or the two of you doing?

He can certainly try switching to Viagra for the erectile dysfunction problem. It works differently than Cialis, but many of the side effects are similar. To minimize the side effects, have him take very small doses of Viagra. If that doesn’t give him an erection, then you need to try something “more exciting and stimulating” to see if you can’t perk him up properly.

One final question….if he is unresponsive with Cialis, and if he is also possibly unresponsive to Viagra….are you certain that he is not gay? Many married men with ED problems are gay, especially someone “in his early 20′s”. Talk to him honestly and seriously. He may have a surprise for you.
